Collaboration Process
After receiving your request, the further process typically looks like this:
- Initial conversation: We will contact you within 5 business days and arrange an initial conversation (by phone or video call)
- Specification: Joint development of a concrete collaboration idea
- Agreement: Conclusion of a written collaboration agreement
- Implementation: Joint implementation of the agreed measures

The exact design naturally depends on the type and scope of the collaboration and is individually adapted.
FAQ on Collaboration
Are there costs associated with collaboration?
This depends on the type of collaboration. Many forms of collaboration are free and based on mutual benefit. For extensive projects, costs may arise, which we discuss transparently and divide fairly.
How binding is a collaboration?
We typically conclude written collaboration agreements that clearly regulate the rights and obligations of both parties. These can be limited or unlimited in duration and contain provisions for terminating the collaboration.
Can we use the Bürgergeld-Hilfe logo?
The use of our logo is possible within the framework of a collaboration by agreement and in accordance with our corporate design guidelines. We regulate the details in the collaboration agreement.
Can our counseling center be included in your directory?
Yes, gladly. For this, please send us all relevant information (name, address, contact details, consultation hours, specialties) by email to kooperation@buergergeld-hilfe.org.
